TRACKING A PACKAGE
Should you find any discrepancies or are dissatisfied with your purchase, ProNorth Medical offers a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
Requirements for Returns:
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, or another proof of purchase.
- Items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. Once approved, ProNorth Medical will process your refund.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all items returned within the 30-day period.
- Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and retain their original packaging. Items that have been sterilized are deemed used and are not eligible for return. Capital Equipment is subject to the 50% restocking fee.
- If your order included promotional free items (e.g., BOGO offers), they must also be returned in their original condition.
Package Tracking: Upon successful payment, ProNorth Medical provides a tracking number via a confirmation email, courtesy of the respective carrier. If you encounter any delivery delays (typically beyond 15 days), it's imperative to reach out to the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
